At Asma Sayed Fine Jewellery, every piece is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery and skincare products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof

Customer must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Complete unboxing video (without cuts)

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be approved.

2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

If approved, the product may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value.

Conditions:

  • Exchange request within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging required
  • Customer responsible for return shipping charges

Replacement dispatch time: 5–10 working days after product inspection
